Nestled among olive trees along the Mediterranean coast, this project offers a tranquil escape, blending seamlessly with Anfeh’s natural topography and famous saline. Spanning 22,000 m² with a 200-meter seafrontage, it features villas, chalets, a hotel, and a restaurant, all designed to maximize sea views and preserve privacy. The resort includes 14 beachfront villas, each with three bedrooms, large terraces, balconies, and roof pools with built-in fireplaces. Additionally, 72 chalets cascade down the slope in nine units, while a private restaurant and a landmark hotel anchor the site. The hotel, with 100 rooms, a spa, and a gym, boasts a double-skin façade for privacy and shading, blending greenery with modern design. Pedestrian pathways include open-view corridors and hanging bridges, ensuring uninterrupted sea vistas and privacy. A semi-Olympic pool complements the restaurant’s floating terrace, creating a serene retreat that harmonizes luxury and nature.
